another state for good. The dogs were left into someone 's property
and those people living in the property also left, two weeks ago. The
person who asked me to take a look at the dogs have put plenty of food
down for them for the time being, so at least they did not starve.
The intact male has a couple draining wounds under his jaw line, which
have been cleaned and flushes with the little I had in the van. The
female has some rear end issues, perhaps the hips or a knee, I don't
know. I spoke to some neighbors who came to see what we were doing,
and they don't know much, but said that there was a dead dog laying in
the property last week, with foam in his mouth. Poison, most likely.
The woman next door said that another dog in the neighborhood had been
buried a couple of days ago, after eating rat poison someone left.
Nice crappy neighborhood out in the desert. The dogs are currently
located in
Phelan (South California).
